» Refunds and Returns
All sales once made are FINAL. There will be no returns or refunds allowed.
» Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling will be free on all shipments that are priced above Rs. 500/- (in India) or $50 (or equivalent currency) outside India. For shipments costing below Rs. 500 (India) or $50 or equivalent (overseas), the customer will have to bear the shipping & handling charges at actuals (including miscellaneous charges including fuel surcharge, taxes etc.).
Standard shipping and handling would require 7 days for delivery. Other specific terms associated with shipping & handling would be governed by the appropriate 3rd parties contracted by us, for that geography.
» Registration
Online registration would require visitors to provide personal details such as name, mailing address, email address and bank details. These details will be stored in our system for better servicing the clients and improving our effectiveness in meeting their expectations. Registering with us will help us engage with our customers through various means; yet, we will offer an opt-out option to customers if they prefer to. (Please refer to our Privacy Policy).
» Schemes and Gamification
We will implement multiple schemes and “gamification tools” to make the site more engaging and interesting for our clients. Some promotions and schemes conceptualized are “Discounts on 3 or more product purchases”, “Refer a Friend”, “eCareer – Money for Nothing”, “At my Doorstep Subscription” etc. Each of these schemes entails a set of rules and a list of steps articulated. In any case, where there is a dispute or ambiguity, Suhimi Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take a decision which will be final and cannot be contested.
We strongly suggest that individuals with serious ailments and/or life threatening health ailments, special needs, nursing mothers and/or children under12yrs of age seek advice from medical service providers on whether or not they may consume our products.
Pour products are based on best quality origin teas and may have herbal ingredients that enhance the taste as well as impart beneficial effects for holistic wellbeing. These teas are NOT medicinal teas – these may be consumed by anyone and everyone as they would any other premium tea product.
» Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Once the product has been shipped, the order may not be cancelled.
